Court Reservation Cancellation Policy

At the Atlantic Pickleball Club, we work hard to create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every player who walks through our doors. One of the best ways we can do that is by keeping court availability fair and predictable. Your courtesy in managing your bookings helps us welcome more players into the facility — thank you.

Free Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)

If your plans change, no problem at all, simply cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance and you’ll receive a full cancellation at no cost. This gives us enough time to make the court available for other players eager to get on the court.

Last-Minute Bookings (45 Minutes Before Play)

We know life happens fast! If you book a court within 45 minutes of the start time, you’ll receive a 10-minute grace period to cancel for free. This gives you a moment to double-check your schedule without worry.

Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours Notice)

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, the full cost of your booking will be charged. This is simply because we’re unlikely to fill the court on short notice , and we want to keep court access fair for all members and guests.

Cancellations by Us

On rare occasions, our team may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues, or personal emergencies). If this happens, rest assured — you won’t be charged, and your cancellation will be processed free of charge
